Hello, this is my birthday. I want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who showered me with love, cards, calls, e-mails, Twitter, Plurk, and Facebook birthday greetings. It really made my day a lot brighter to see the kind words, heartfelt comments, and birthday wishes from all of you. Yeah, finally it’s not a year older but a year better :)

The Blue Drawing Room. Before the Ballroom was added to the Palace in the 1850s, the first State Ball was held in the Blue Drawing Room in May 1838 as part of the celebrations leading up to Queen Victoria’s Coronation.
